I have all my other offers and I'm now waiting for keele. Its been about 3 weeks since I got my last offer through which was from Lancaster. what's taking them so long?

I phoned them up this week and they said we should hear back by the end of the month. Last academic year I applied and I had my interview in the November so it is taking a bit longer than normal this year.
