first time seeing this type of question, haven't come across it in the cgp guide at all. its in the ozone story section of practice questions on the physicsandmathstutorwebsite, but never come across the content surrounding this. any help explaining why this is the answer would be great thanks

'Azo group' : R-N=N-R'
Diazonium ion: N≡N+ (eg. diazonium chloride would be N≡N+Cl- )
Recommend watching these at 2x since the guy talks slow!
These two videos go through the diazotisation of phenyl amine (reagents and conditions are mentioned too)
(skip to 0:30 mark for the first video): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZWm...YMusci&index=6
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_BAQ...YMusci&index=7
I'm assuming you're familiar with amines and phenyl amines, but if you aren't, try going through this playlist : https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...yOnjmQFHYMusci
Hope it helps
