30 day push up challenge

i found it while browsing the web. ive always felt motivated to start doing such a challenge. there are many variations, but ive found an interesting variation, and it is called the '3000 push up challnge'- formatted:

day 1: 40
day 2: 50
day 3: 60
...
day 6: rest
...
day 11: 100
and so on. im a sixth form student, (yr 13).
from a health or practical pov, would you encourage this?
what are your thoughts? any feedback would be helpful.

See I have alawys wanted to do these kind of challenges but sadly i can't cause my health it isn't helping but tbh my opinion the workout challenges are the best

Depends on your physical health. Some people can just about manage it but if you can't do 100 push ups a day easily at least it's gonna be hell. Or just plain impossible

Oh hell na :lol: not in one go at least. You reckon i should go for slightly easier variation then?

Loool 100 in one go really is a stretch tbh. How many can you do in one go?

But yeah regardless I'd say start nice and slow, see where your limits are first, then see if this challenge would be possible next time
