and so on. im a sixth form student, (yr 13).
from a health or practical pov, would you encourage this?
what are your thoughts? any feedback would be helpful.
Oh hell na not in one go at least. You reckon i should go for slightly easier variation then?
But yeah regardless I'd say start nice and slow, see where your limits are first, then see if this challenge would be possible next time
