I’m considering offers from Newcastle, Glasgow and Sheffield and I wanted to know how likely it is they’ll let me in even if I drop a grade from my predicted grades? Newcastle has specified that I need an A in biology, which is the subject I’m least likely to get an A in - do you think it’s possible that they’d let me in even if I dropped to a B?

If its competitive uni and course then chances are less.

It depends on how many other people fulfil their offers and therefore if there are any 'spaces'.
This cannot be guaranteed - and neither can you being picked to fill such a space.
So the best idea is to get down to some serious work (really working, not just pretending) - f you get the grades required in your offer then you have a place - it really is that simple.
