On the 12th of January I got notified that my Zenitsu Nendoroid got delivered. I was away from home at the time and will be back in a week. I asked my flatmate on Saturday (15th of January) to go get it and keep it for me until I get back. She told me she couldn’t find it. I checked the tracking information and it came with the XP1 signature. I wrote to AmiAmi this morning that my package was most likely stolen and am waiting to get back from them.
My delivery method was Air Small Packet (registered and insured). My delivery service was Royal Mail. I am aware that the whole XP1 thing is done by the RM post ppl because of Covid. How likely am I to get a replacement / refund / compensation? What else should I do from here? Thanks.
