On my graph setting, the grid lines don't show up just a blank background with no scaling whatsoever, not even when I change the V-Window settings. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

does the actual graph appear on the screen ?

yes it does, but not the blue lines in the background, and there are no numbers on the axes

you should be able to set up the markings on the axes using the Range menu.
