I’ve spent ages trying to repair my skin. I struggled with acne and my skin had been subjected to endless drying masks and spit treatments and chemicals to ‘help’ that just destroyed by skin barrier

After months of a gentle skincare routine consisting of just cleanser, hydrating serum and moisturiser my skin is a LOT healthier and smoother but whilst I only get the occasional spot, I do have red marks over my cheeks which look bad

Anyone know how to reduce these without using very harsh, damaging products? Or how long these things take to go on their own?

Turmeric and milk paste. Or turmeric and water if milk causes you to have flare ups
