Hello, due to unexpected circumstances, I am unable to continue my studies physically in the UK. Looking for someone to take over my spot in the upcoming year (or ASAP if interested). I booked early, so locked in the lowest rate possible AFAIK, all bills inclusive. The payments are currently scheduled in four installments and they are accommodating for things like late payments. I stayed here last year as well (and before that another Unite property), have had no issues. Its got a nice view and is well maintained/equipped. Current tenants are clean and respectable. 15 min walk to campus and 10 min walk to Euston station. Safe family neighborhood without sketchy parts to walk through.
