I keep getting 2 rather big ones in the same spot in my mouth anybody know what causes them and how to get rid of them per chance? Equally, anyone know how to make them hurt less in the meantime? I hear salt is meant to be okay but something more effective wouldnt go a miss

Hi there.

Mouth ulcers can be such a nuisance. Bonjela is great to use on ulcers.

Otherwise you can try gargling with lukewarm salt water.

Hope this helps
