is a hard, medium big and immovable lump cancerous?

I have this lump that I got last month, it was small before and now it’s quite big. Could this be anything but cancer? I am terrified. I’m getting it checked out with my GP but in the meantime, do you think I do have lymphoma or something ? Thank you.

I think it's best to see a doctor. They'll be more helpful than anyone here can be.

No one here can tell you. Most people are unqualified and those who are cannot tell you as it’s unethical and unprofessional to do so without clinically examining you.
It’s good you’ve already booked an appointment with your GP as that’s the best course of action right now.
