I am interested in artificial intelligence and neuroscience,
what should I study in university?

If you are willing to go all the way to Canada, McGill University has a cognitive science program, in which you generally study linguistics, neuroscience, psychology and computer science, and choose one of those areas for specialisation! I have a friend who did that & specialised in computer science -- you could look into it! (also maybe I'm biased because I went to McGill but it was a really fantastic experience)
However you'd need to look into how well recognised this would be wherever you decide to live in the future (aka my friend is canadian, and McGill is 'Canada's Harvard' so it was a great choice for her and now she has a lot of employment opportunities... but if you wanted to work in the UK it may not be as easy, so maybe go for a UK university instead)
