It certainly would limit your access to mainstream products - you would need to use a mortgage broker that specialised in more challenging applications.

As above, it won't necessarily be impossible, it may just limit your options.

I would assume it would make both of these things extremely hard if not impossible.
I don't entirely know buy2rent works, but it sounds like they do some checks on you before agreeing the reduced rent and plan to buy, so that might sink it.

If not itll certainly make it immensely difficult, let alone one with a realistically repayable interest rate
