Harddrive wont work
As its the end of semester, I was putting all my notes and powerpoints onto a harddrive. However, it suddenly disconnected and now work reconnect to my macbook. It doesnt even show up on disk utility. I really dont want to have lost all of my university work from the past two years!! Is there anything I can do?? I tried it on my sisters laptop and it made some whirring noises (currently in my laptop it doesnt have any sort of sounds) however still didnt show up as connected.
Take it to a PC repair shop and see what they can do to save the data from it.
