Good morning,
So I’m currently a VCA in a small animal practice which I thought was for me, but now I’m considering zookeeping (which I was considering longgg before I got this position).
The only reason I haven’t followed through is because of the salary. I’m aware that the animal field isn’t exactly amazingly paid and I’m not in it just for the money, but just like everyone, I need money to sustain myself.
I was wondering if anyone here that is a keeper or has a similar role would feel comfortable sharing their salary? Because the estimated 12k is putting me off.
