Retake

Hi
I'm doing A levels with Chemistry Physics and Maths. During the May/June 2021 session i appeared in only my chemistry As and A2 exam and received a D grade. Now i have applied again and am retaking chemistry this year which much better preparation and a predicted A grade. I was wondering if this'll affect unis giving me offers ?
I've gotten a B and a C in math and physics and I've applied to:

Edinburgh Napier
Herriot watt
