Quick question: is it possible to get an interview after you have already received an offer or are they always before you receive one? I applied for a course that stated I might have an interview but I received an offer without one, so I'm wondering if it's possible to still get one.

Nope, you're already in. I don't see much use of an interview after an offer as universities never go back on their decisions.
