hi everyone could anyone help me with this please am I considered as settled in the UK if I have a pre settlement status according to UCAS not GOVT

Your universities will be using the government definition of settled status. If you only have presettled status and won’t have settled status before the start of your course then don’t claim to have settled status in your ucas application.
