Urgent help please

I live in the UK in Manchester, I want to become an engineer any kind of engineer as its a high pay job and enjoyable .

I'm currently doing these subjects,
(PREDICTED GRADES)
English language (grade 3 to 4)
English literacy (grade 3 to 4
Combined science (3 to 4)
Math (grade 4)
Design technology (grade 3)
Digital information (distinction 1)
Drama (grade 3)
Geography (grade 3)
Arabic language (grade 4)

I'm in year 11 and I need to apply for a college and courses

PLEASE guys any of you recommend colleges
and what is the best courses I can choose to become an engineer and guarantee to go to a university?

As you know T levels = 3 A levels
apprenticeship = 2 A levels

what is the best courses I could choose ( easiest to succeed and has my predicted grades requirements)

Please let me know asap I'm very worried of what will happen next and I know my grades are low but ill improve it to 4 hopefully to the end of this year)
