Yes, you should study and practice your ruae techniques, practice writing in your own words etc. Past papers and looking closely at the marking schemes are good for this. If you struggle with ruae i found the HTP guide helpful.

Knowing the paper or the questions in the prelim is not to your advantage as you are putting off the experience of going in blindy to an exam situation until your final exam.
