I don't understand why Rh compatibility doesn't matter when giving a patient FFP.
Let's say you had a bag of FFP that was Rh- and you gave it to a patient who was Rh+. Wouldn't the FFP (depending on previous exposure to antigen D) have antibodies against and would therefore attack the Rh+ patient's RBCs? Wouldn't this lead to a haemolytic transfusion reaction?
