I want to apply to QMUL aerospace engineering foundation and the requirements are BBB, I already have ACC in maths, further maths and physics, these are real grades and not predicted as I took a gap year. Could I still get accepted, and would I need to call them?

You'd have to ask, but you are two grades below their requirements - the answer is likely to be no. They do have a foundation year, you could look into that.
Edit: ah, sorry, missed that you are already applying for the foundation year. No harm in asking but chances are they will say no altogether at that point.

You have achieved grades - so its different to applying with predicted grades that might improve in August, yours are fixed.
However, its still worth phoning the Uni on Monday and asking.

I'd suggest still applying. I know of instances where people who didn't meet the grade requirements have been told no over the phone but still received a place after applying through UCAS. A strong personal statement will definitely help!
