I'm currently doing my A-levels and wanted to ask if mathematics is required to become a forensic pathologist (globally), or would I need to reconsider what I want to do in the future?

No Maths isn't required however you will need to study medicine I believe in order to specialise in Pathology. Doing Biology and Chemistry A level enables you to apply to virtually all medical schools in the UK and your A levels must typically be at least AAA grades. It's best to check individual uni requirements for medicine on their website as such criteria can slightly vary for each uni.
Best wishes.
