Especially girls that are out of your league will act incredibly stuck up and will not give you the time of the day unless you meet all their insane standards. So in order to avoid disappointment and destroying your own self-esteem, try to go for girls that also lack a bit of experience. There's not many out there, but still possible to find.

firstly i cant even tell if someone’s a virgin or not
secondly i myself am a virgin so i don’t really care about what the other person is, as long as they don’t have a body count of 100 then i’ll feel like i’m being used as a ‘challenge’
thirdly, plenty of my friends whom are virgins ALSO want a virgin partner, they want someone that they can experience firsts with
fourthly, i haven’t been in a relationship ever either, doesn’t make me unable of communicating with someone
idk about everyone else but i don’t really look at virginity or past relationships, if you’re attractive and have a good personality then thats that

i dont know any girl who would care THAT much (virgin or non virgin)... 19 is still relatively young and so personally i wouldn't expect a guy to be highly skilled/experienced in that area. but maybe im being being biased because im a virgin myself lol. personally, i would want to because it seems nice to experience a first with someone whos also experiencing a first.

Jesus I don’t wanna know the type of girls these guys have been around, or maybe they don’t actually know any to have an accurate idea about them lol. Some girls might be put off because they don’t want something serious, and if it’s your first time you’re more likely to take it more seriously than say a guy who’s slept with 20 people
But that doesn’t mean it’s unattractive. If a girl likes you and finds you attractive, 9 times out of 10 it doesn’t really matter if you’re a virgin, and in fact might make her feel special that you might want her to be your first.

I was a 19y/o virgin when me and my gf got together. Just talk to her, listen to what she says. Watch her body language. Use toys. Being an open, caring person is worth it's weight in gold. Just talk about things honestly =)

To answer your OP though - not all girls look for the same things. You may well find the exception. 19 is still young, I wouldn't worry too much.

It depends on the specific girl.
Different girls have very different attraction dealbreakers and relationship preferences.
Quite a few sexually active girls would not be open to dating or hooking up with a virgin, for a variety of reasons.
I wouldn't date a virgin or a teenager.
