Primark 1:1 Interview - Hard Questions - Whats Your Say

hey

I went to primark interview and boy was it hard or what??
I arrived 15 minutes early and thought im early. I looked there were about 50 people there waiten..omg!!

After 1 hr i finally got inside for group interview and out of 13 people they choose 4 i was one of them. The place was packed..people were being called in groups after 15minutes...it was mad!!

The group interview was ok...asked what object/colour/animal you would be..and asked to introduced your self and what postion you applying for..??

the 1:1 interview soo quite difficult my interview is such a cow..moody...she threw questions at me ...about 11 questions in 10 minutes...

what would u bring to primark...how would you react to a worker who lost temper..how ur mates describe you...have you ever been in a situation where you made a decsion quickly...anything you dont like about school...how would you prepare for job..whats good communication skills..how would you increase sales...

didnt get chance to think but tried my level best.....!

She said to me you will be emailed if you get the job...it wont be through phone...does that mean i didnt get it...people were still being interview....about 200 people must have come there by 12...and more after...

she said we will email you by 2 weeks...but keep checking your email now and then...i applied for one day job will it make a difference??

That doesn't sound like a particularly hard interview...?

I had an interview about this time last year, lol it was 1:1 and it was quite easy, some random questions, but i BS my way out of them

but more to the point, primarks a **** hole. I quit after 8 days (yes it was THAT bad)
you spend 30 minutes nicely arraging the clothes dispplay, and then some bitch comes and completely ruins it in 30 seconds

and lol, there clothes there are quite cheap, so your 10% doesnt really save you that much money

becuase im desperate and credit crunch
at my interview there was a guy who had degree and his company got busted he applied for primark.

my answers were to the point but my worry is that i finsihed my 1:1 interview earlier than people who came there like 6 minutes..i heard few people going into depth...i wasnt that in dept im worried..

the interview is one to one. And its really easy..they ask why do u want to work at primark, who are primark's main competitors, give an example of when you worked in a group, what skills you have to offer. The interview is only fifteen minutes :smile:
