I have obviously 5 choices, 3 of them I’m likely to be accepted to, but 2 unis that are my top choices but are a bit out of my reach in terms of entry requirements. I know that I can apply to clearing if they don’t accept me, but if I’m accepted to any of the other 3, can I reapply to the top 2 while keeping my other options open in case they don’t accept me again?

However you can certainly look around in Clearing and see what is available. If one of your aspirational choices had a course available that you wanted, you could call them up to see if they were encouraging before releasing yourself from your place and physically entering Clearing.

If a Uni doesnt accept you in the main cycle its unlikely that they will want to accept you at Clearing.
