I had to get up because I went to bed and am a bit stress tbh. I'm struggling a bit, I feel I might have atleast minor depression, not doing anything, I'm home all day on most day, I have next to no friends, barely social interaction, i feel like most of the people in my local cominity/area hate me and I just feel a bit stuck right now

1) Eat three healthy meals a day;
2) Drink 2 litres of water a day;
3) Exercise once a day, even if it's just a walk or a light jog
4) Wake up at the same time every day, even on the weekends. That should help get some regularity into your sleep.
5) Look into some counselling.
6) Shower and change your clothes every day.
7) Socialise at least a little every day.
This is to just get the basics down. Then try and work on a life plan. Hope that helps.

I feel you man, that's rough. Try to set some little goals in basic care:

You can't sleep if you're trying to force it. Get up for a bit and do something calming like reading a book to get your mind off it and try again when you actually feel tired. And for the future, don't get on your phone if you're having trouble sleeping, the bright light tricks your eyes into thinking its morning or a time you should be awake. Put that down until the morning.

No worries. Try reading Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker and Fast Asleep by Dr Michael Moseley. Both I found were quite helpful.
