Reporting to uni at end of course

I'm an international student (final year) that has return to home country on last Sept before my visa expired and had to undertake a resit for a module back in home country in part time mode. The module was completed in Dec and results officially came out today and i passed. I only noticed on the SOLAR that i had to report to coventry.ac.uk that i leave the UK at the end of the course with boarding pass and passport stamp but on the student portal it says to send to ISC team within 30 days of arrival in their home country. Do i email to both of them. I'm not sure if i was too late at doing this since I've returned for around 4 months ago if this will affect my future visa application made to the Home Office.
Hi,

Thank you for your message.

Personally, I do not have the knowledge to guide you. However, I believe the best option for you is to contact the Student Engagement Centre and query this with them as they are involved in helping current students at the university. Therefore, they are likely the best people to offer the best advice for you and your situation. The sooner you are able to contact, the better and more time you will get to prepare. Please find the contact details below.

Student Engagement Centre

+44 (0) 24 7765 6565

Opening Hours: Monday-Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am - 4pm

I advise ringing as the response time is much quicker than email.

I hope this helps.
