I think you should still apply and have a foundation year as a backup. If you think you would be eligible for a contextual offer, I think there’s a chance.

As long as the D grades are not in a vital subject then its worth applying.
No-one can tell you for certain that you will get an offer but Foundation courses ae usually fairly forgiving.
