there really isnt a way to stop missing an ex its pretty damn hard but the best advice i can give u is to completely distract yourself listen to music, go have fun, hangout with Friends, js keep busy doing things yk u love its gonna take time but trust me it'll be over sooner then u think keep your head up best wishes
