Silver hair, young guy??

I've developed a few silver hairs at my temples...
I'm only 22 and freaking out, my doctor says it's not dangerous or a sign of disease in my case but I still look weird AF cuz my face is of a guy in his 20s but my hair are starting to look like Im 50.
would you think its ok to dye them?
