I deal wit this a lot. Due to the days we're in, you get accused of homophobia for everything. But I'm not worried about any of that. I will never put up with sexual harassment or harassment of any kind. If they start getting clingy you need to treat them the way you treat anyone who makes you uncomfortable. A few times, guys have got grabby with me and have randomly hugged me. I let them know straight up dont touch me. Even if we're mates. Like, I'm cool with gay guys! But one time, I was friends with one like we took A levels together (I've taken a levels and btec) and we sat together sometimes and ate lunch a few times and commuted home like walk to the bus together and he would wait for my bus then go his separate way or we smoked weed together, went bmxing 🚲 etc. Typical mate stuff.
