I need to apply for student oyster online but my university name is not in the list please help me out. My university is university of the West of england

You need to live in a London borough during term time, and you need to be "[e]nrolled at a school, college or university registered on the TfL scheme or on a mandatory work placement in London"
I suspect most UWE students aren't living in London, so it's likely that they haven't registered to be part of this scheme. "Schools, colleges and universities must register on the TfL Scheme so their students can apply for an 18+ Student Oyster photocard. ... If your location is outside London, but your students regularly commute from a London borough, you may be eligible to register."
