I applied for foundation law which was 64 UCAS points but have gotten an offer for law with 104 UCAS points. do I contact the uni or have they rejected me????

This is fairly common. They’ve probably just given you an aspirational offer. Often they’ll send you some information after the offer email to explain. If you don’t get anything in a couple of working days, call them to ask if you’ll be considered for the foundation course again if you miss the main prog offer. Then ask for confirmation via email.
