What makes you think you have this condition, of all things?

I bet they don't. They're slightly struggling rn and need something to blame it on. I've had it all my life and I thought life was just difficult for everyone until I got my diagnosis.

OP, you should speak to your GP in the first instance and they can then refer you to the appropriate service if they feel ADHD is a possibility, and they can also sign-point you in the right direction for self-help resources or talking therapies etc. that may help (regardless of what the underlying issue causing your difficulties might be). If you are at school, it may be worth raising this with your teachers as well as if they have similar concerns to you, they can refer you to CAMHS directly as well. Good luck.
