I am new to Edecxel GCSE system. What is the difference in 1 H, 2H, 3H and 4H.. and 1HR, 2HR etc

so you sit 3 GCSE maths exams at the end of year 11.
paper 1 and 2 are non calculator and paper 3 is calculator
the H with the numbers means you are sitting the higher tier so you can get maximum grade, which is a 9. unlike foundation papers, where maximum mark obtained s a 5
