Student at Newcastle college, booked next term in my dorms in advance and have since been offered a room with some friends elsewhere.
Tenancy Length - September 10th 2022 - September 2nd 2023
Location - Student Roost, Newcastle, St James Point, 218E, Pitt Street, NE45SU
Room - Ensuite Bronze, first floor, 4 flatmates, first door in block (I've been told it's the flat they show to potential renters and has the biggest kitchen)
Rent - £139 per week, 51-week contract
Neighbourhood - Right next door to the Newcastle Unversity, and surrounded by other unis and colleges alike. Large town centre with many shops, markets and an abundance of fast food, also located within 1 minute of a Tesco.
