Will Something that happened in 2014 still show on Enhanced DBS Check?

Ok so I'm not proud of this. I had an incident back in Jan/Feb 2014. I sent a bunch of not so nice FB and text messages to someone. They complained of harassment. The police came to mine and gave me something to sign. I signed it. It was some kind of a warning. I think it said if I continued it could lead to criminal charges and going to court. I don't actually remember what the hell it was exactly. I just remember it was just saying I needed to stop. Would it have been an official warning or a caution or something else? It was the 1st and only time something like this has ever happened.
The complaint originated from Thames Valley police. Met police were just messengers. Will this show on a Enhanced DBS check? I done an ACRO and regular DBS check and am clean. Am concerned since I'd like to apply for civil service jobs.
