If you are quick - ie in/out and carry something to/from probs no ticket
But - spend more than 10 mins not loading or unloading or without a blue badge - yes you can get a fixed penalty for the parking (although in some areas its almost cheaper to take the fixed penalty instead of fees) Depends if its automated cameras or the meter men and women going for their pen.

Generally not good practice and not worth the risk, unless you need to do so or have a blue badge. Park up the road and walk.
