Does taking calls get better like at the start of coaching you struggle and then it naturally gets better because every call is different?

yeah pretty much, i still have to get up and ask/double check stuff sometimes. there are shifts where i don't get up at all and deal with everything by myself and other times where i'm constantly up and down, we all have good and bad days

Hey, hope your vetting goes well but I have got the face to face assessment coming up this weekend can you just guide me through the process what actually happens and what you’re expected to do. Will really appreciate any kind of guidance. Cheers
