Theoretically, why not? U don't need to worry about US med schools' recognition to IB, which is perfectly respected. It practically depends on what med school U want to pursue, and the details of your IB result. Good luck.
Medicine is a graduate subject in the US - you can't do it with just an IB (or any other school-level qualification), you need to have completed an undergraduate degree.

Well, I am sure not exactly. And, OP is talking about studying in med school. It's so easy to google the fact, I am sure OP would not mind to do by his/her own. I save my time. Cheers!
