Genetic engineer is a biotech role where you will be working on changing genes (not sure what for though, presumably stuff like GM foods or new medical treatments), genetic counsellor is a non-doctor healthcare job where you give advice to people regarding genetic testing/conditions etc., and a clincial geneticist is a medical doctor who has specialised in looking after people with genetic conditions (or something along those lines at least).
