Arrive around 8-9am, ID checked, told what to expect during the day. As far as I remember there were at least 20 other candidates including me, but we were told not to worry much since they have multiple graduate positions open. While chatting with the other guys there I later found out that there was a whole mix of applicants - finance, business, marketing, engineering and cs, etc.

About half an hour in we watched presentation about their company. Then introductions - first the team talked about themselves what they do who they are etc., then one by one each candidate was to stand up and quickly introduce themselves (name, education, an interesting fact about yourself).
•
Then there were a few rounds of group activities. We we split into groups of 4-5, sat around a table and were given a problem to solve. Not a real problem, something along the lines of - you are stuck on a boat in an open sea with the group, here's a list of random items, pick 5 that you want to take with you and explain why.

Lunch break around 12 and a chance to have a chat with the Nissan people there.
•
Then there was a task to design a Nissan factory layout. We were given requirements which I can't remember now, but it was another made up problem that the group had to solve and then present the results.

You will be monitored during group activities, not just when presenting, so bear that in mind. Show that you contribute to the team as a member. Show that you can lead effective conversations without talking over each other. If you notice someone in your group being quiet - ask them for their opinion. If someone's being too loud - politely tell then that you have limited time and need to ensure everyone have had their chance to contribute to the conversation.

People will say that they aren't assessing you during lunch break or other breaks, but that doesn't mean they stop forming their opinion about you, so use the opportunity to have an informal chat with a member of the Nissan team. Ask questions like what do you like about your job, how long have you worked here for, etc. People don't remember what you said, but they remember how they felt around you.
