Hi, does anyone know or have contact of a border collie breeder?

Hi!

I'm not too sure about any border collie breeders but as with any breeder, there are some things to look out for:

Do they have a licence and the required paperwork/certificates for the puppies? Are they willing to let you meet the puppies and possibly on more than one occasion? Can you see the mother - if not there's a chance they were not bred there. Are they trying to rush you, especially by forcing you to pay in cash? There is also a legal requirement that the puppies must be over 8 weeks old before they are sold to you. Do they answer all of your questions happily? Or do they brush away your concerns by saying it's normal for the breed?

Have you thought about adopting at all? If it's possible for you, I would suggest you go down this route as it's highly rewarding!
