student accommodation available

hi all! my boyfriend and i are looking for someone to take over our accommodation contract. it's at the valentine student accommodation in gant's hill, ilford in east london. the closest station is gant's hill station which is literally a 30 second walk from the door and is central line. we pay £145 a week each, it's a really big twin room with it's own kitchen and large bathroom. the building is a new build with a garden, bike storage inside, free gym, study rooms, communal washing and snug rooms with tv's, playstations and xbox. there is always events going on here and there is 24 hour security. if you want more information or pictures please dont hesitate to contact me here.

we love this accommodation but are also hoping to move into our own place. it's very close to all the east london universities and there are students from tons of unis here as it's a private accommodation; city university, ual, ravensbourne, london met, uni of east london, kings college, ucl etc.
