Is epq worth it

Hi, I want to do marketing for university but I don’t know if epq is worth it university’s like royal Holloway and queen marry have stated they would lower grades for an AAA to a AAB if I do good in my epq. However is doing an EPQ worth it?

Personally for me and a lot of people I know it wasn't worth it. This was like 5 years ago so i'm not sure if it was any different. I enjoyed being able to stude a niche subject but because of this I had next to no support from my supervisor (this might just have been my college). I'm doing my MSc now and neither this uni or my undergrad uni took it into account. If the uni has said they will take it into account I would do it- It shouldnt take up too much time.
