Mc Donald's recruitment

I uploaded my passport for right to work document to mc donalds and it come back saying the name doesn’t match the application my middle name and surname are both on the passport but I didn’t include my full name given names just my last name. So they think I changed my name and told me to upload proof that I changed it. Can anyone help for mc donalds job?

I’d call up and explain the situation or email them.

Can’t be a infrequent issue to crop up. Presume you declared your middle name because that’s what you’re call. Just email explaining that you haven’t changed your name. I’d also have a rethink about McDonalds
