This is normal, someone said this earlier, it's muscles recovering from the damage, and it'll strengthen them, if I don't get this feeling I don't feel like I've done enough! lol

thats pretty good! my friend does rowing when he goes and he's at about 6 I think
I don't do lots of rowing, mainly stick to cycling for cardio
I just got a tub of whey protein to see what it was like ! :redface: aside from being 80% protein it's really tasty. :biggrin:

Cycling seems like a waste of my local gym price - £2.20, I dont normally go for much longer than 40mins though.

Well dipshit, if you read the above posts you would of realised I made that up.
After the gym sometimes i have muscle ache so i use deep heat, a gel that you rub into the affected area to help the muscle cool down. Try it........ it does exactly what it says on the box....
