Lower fat means more sugar. If the goal is to lose weight, exercise is the answer. But if you are doing it for fun, it will be boring, nothing special happens.

Is that it? Yoghurt all day, every day for a week? Sounds a bit boring as well as not a very good idea.

Why exactly do you want to do this?

You'll be very tired and feel like you're going crazy a few days in. If this is to lose weight, you'll also put it all back on, if not gain some right when you go back to eating normally. Would not suggest you try it.

Yoghurt and berries are healthy, but you'd have several health problems by doing this.

By intaking no dietery fat, you'll develop hormonal issues as several important horomones are derived from fat.

Assuming this isn't a high protein yoghurt, you'd develop problems with your hair, nails, and skin as you'd be deficient in protein. You'd also lose large amounts of muscle mass. As muscle burns energy even when you're not moving, it would make losing weight even harder since you'd need to eat even less food to be in a calorie deficit.

And then the mental aspect... this would break you after your initial burst of motivation. You'd definitely relapse, go back to your original weight, but end up with a higher body fat percentage than you started with, since you'd have less muscle mass than you started with.

So yeah, don't do this. Eat a sustainable balanced diet you'd be happy to eat for the rest of your life.

i used to love going on crash diets like this in my early teens, lol. it would never end well tbh. if you're already underweight/or kinda malnourished, your body will protest and you will end up fainting at some point. if you are actually overweight, it might work but prob still not very healthy.
if you eat tons of yogurt you will upset your stomach.....
