AQA Advanced Information GCSE Science

In the AQA Advanced info, there are topics being assessed however those are not all the topics in the specification is in there.
The question is, if a topic is not in the not assessed or assessed list, will it still be on the test for example photosynthesis in bio gcse triple science

well the ones that they specifically say are not going to be assessed will not be there but the other ones, the topics they havent included in the going to be assessed and not going to be assessed sections, will still be there but as smaller questions e.g like 1-3 markers.

Here's what they officially say:

It is advised that teaching and learning should still cover the entire subject content in the
specification, so that students are as well prepared as possible for progression to the next
stage of their education.
Topics not explicitly given in any list may appear in low tariff questions or via ‘linked’
questions. Linked questions are those that bring together knowledge, skills and
understanding from across the specification.
Students will still be expected to apply their knowledge to unfamiliar contexts.

that basically means what i said but they are also saying that you should know the topics anyways for context or for further education, in short yes. Hope that helps x
