I have applied to be a tutor at an organisation and they did a DBS check. Now I am also applying to a different organization and they also require a DBS check. But as it takes some time, is it allowed for me to show my DBS check certificate I already got to this organisation?

If you have applied for the update service then the other organisation can do a check of the current status of your application. Otherwise you may have to ask the second organisation if they would accept your DBS Check for the other role provided that it's fairly recent.
